DoDo Fish Ball Rice Vermicelli Soup

DoDo Fish Ball 200 Gm
Rice Vermicelli 130 Gm
Bak Kuet Teh Sachet 1
Water 1.5 Liter
Garnish
Chinese Coriander (Chopped) 5 Gm
Spring Onion (Chopped) 5 Gm
White Pepper Powder 60 Gm
Quail Egg 9 nos
Sio Pai Chye 150 GM

Preparation Instruction

 

    1. Bring 1.5 liter of water to boil.
    2. Add BKT sachet simmer over low heat for 30 mins.
    3. Add DoDo Fish Ball boil for 5 mins.
    4. Blanch rice vermicelli in boiling water for 1-2 mins. Set aside after drained
    5. Blanch sio pai chye in boiling water for 1-2 mins. Set aside after drained
    6. Boil quail egg for 4 mins. Set aside after peeled.
    7. Divide vermicelli, quail egg and sio pai chye into 3 serving bowls.
    8. Ladle DoDo Fish Ball and soup into serving bowls.
    9. Garnish with coriander, spring onion and white pepper. Serve hot.
